We received the following message from a filmmaker raising money for a documentary about micropubs:

My name is James, and myself and a few filmmaker friends of mine Syd Heather & Danny Eycott are currently undertaking a crowdfunding campaign to raise money for a documentary we are shooting.

Calling all CAMRA members: The Winter Pub of the Season competition begins today.

The aim of this straightforward competition is to recognise the many pubs in the Deal, Dover and Sandwich area that sell good quality real ale and cider, support local communities and promote the aims of CAMRA.
